Instituto Para La Mujer (IPLM) is a project of Community Partners, a non profit organization. Community Partners is a tax-exempt under Section 501(c)(3) of the Internal Revenue Code and is incorporated in the State of California. Contributions to Community Partners are deductible to the full extent permited by law. An acknowledgement of your contribution will be sent to the address provided with payment.

In-kind Donations
Imagine having to leave your house in the middle of the night with only the clothes on your back and small children. It takes a lot of courage, and even more to put your life together again.
Women and children who are starting over, have many basic necessities. Sometimes, their needs are a best met with a gift card to a grocery store, bus vouchers or hotel vouchers for when shelters fill up. Other times, needs are met with clothing store vouchers for the purchase of a jacket, shoes or diapers. Your in-kind donations will greatly enhance a child's ability to succeed in life, by helping transition from a life in crisis.
Your Contribution Provides HOPE (Esperanza):
Contributions will go towards basic necessities and our innovative women's empowerment program for survivors of domestic violence. This program helps women move beyond a life of abuse, to one of self-sufficiency by providing the life skills and confidence they need to rebuild a life free from violence with their children. Women learn financial literacy skills, job search tips, goal setting and how to handle transitions in life that equip them to start over again.
$25 Support the basic necessities for a family of four in crisis
$50 Supports a day of groceries for a family of four in crisis
$100 Provides support for bus vouchers and/or gas for the month
$250 Supports one woman to complete a 7 week program for survivors of domestic violence
$500 Supports two women to complete a 7 week program for survivors of domestic violence
$1000 Supports four women to complete a 7 week program for survivors of domestic violence
